Office of The Chancellor
The Chancellor is the head of government of New Pugnasia. The constitution states that The Chancellor can propose new laws, create alliances with Assembly approval, become acting President with Assemblys Approval, and become acting minister for any ministry.

Current Chancellor: Andy Irons
Andy Irons started to get interested in micro- nations when he was researching The Republic of Molossia. He helped create Pugnasia and became Prime Minister. After the Great Pugnasian Civil War, he became Supreme Leader of West Pugnasia. He reformed West Pugnasia into The New Californian Republic. He then became Emperor of The Unified Californian Empire. Once the UCE collapse he became Supreme Commander of the Navy for Strasovania. After the Lee Reforms, he became Emperor of Pugnavia. Once Pugnavia collapse, he was elected Chancellor of New Pugnasia.
